Aryka Klemme
Say hello to
Attorney at Henningson & Snoxell
Born and raised in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, Aryka moved to the Twin Cities to pursue her undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota. Through dedicated effort, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Communication Studies in just two and a half years. During her studies, she interned at the Minnesota State Senate for a semester, gaining valuable insight into the political process before ultimately deciding to pivot toward a career in law.
Aryka continued her education at the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she immersed herself in practical experience. She actively participated in the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic, developing skills as an advocate for entrepreneurs and start-up businesses, while also working with the Clayton Yeutter Institute of International Trade and Finance to gain a global perspective on business and trade issues.
Throughout both summers of law school, Aryka served as a law clerk at Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., where she made valuable contributions to the firm while honing her legal skills. After being licensed with the Minnesota State Bar in 2024, she joined the Business and Nonprofit Department with the goal of supporting both emerging and established business owners in achieving their objectives. Aryka works with for-profit and nonprofit Minnesota businesses, assisting with formation, contract review and preparation, employment law, and trademark and copyright protection. Drawing from her entrepreneurship clinic experience and global business perspective, she guides clients through every stage of their business journey. From helping startups navigate entity formation and secure intellectual property rights to assisting established organizations with employment compliance and contract negotiations, Aryka provides practical, strategic legal counsel that aligns with each client's vision and operational needs.
Trusted Advisors for life’s most important moments.
Life Outside the Office
Born and raised in the small lakeside town of Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, home of Road America, Aryka developed her work ethic early, serving coffee at what she'll tell you is the best coffee shop in the world—Off the Rail—and bartending at Siebkens Resort, home to the Best Race Bar on the Circuit. When she's not practicing law, you'll find her crocheting emotional support creatures while catching up on reality TV, exploring new breweries around the Twin Cities, or coaching youth softball. She loves spending summer evenings around bonfires, going on bike rides, and relaxing with her cat, Alice. And every now and then, she hits the golf course to work on perfecting her swing. But by far, her favorite pastime is planning her family's annual beer tasting event—a tradition that combines her love of bringing people together with her appreciation for discovering new brews.
